Content Removal & Rights

• Adudle uses metadata only — names, aliases, studios, tags, dates and similar facts. It does not host or display sexually explicit images or video.
• We reference only adults. Any suggestion that content depicts a minor is taken with the utmost seriousness and removed immediately on notice.
• We aim for accuracy but data comes from third parties and can be wrong; we correct verified errors promptly.

If you are a performer (or an authorised representative) and you want information about yourself corrected or removed, email us and we will honour reasonable requests. You do not need to allege a legal violation — a verified request from the performer is enough. Please include:

• The name or alias as it appears in the game, and a link or screenshot of where it appears;
• What you want corrected or removed;
• Enough information for us to verify that you are the performer or their authorised agent, so we do not act on impersonated requests.

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to the address below including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work and of the allegedly infringing material, with its location on the Service;
• Your contact details;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, the law, or its agent;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Note that the game is built on factual data rather than copyrighted media, so many concerns are better handled as a correction or rights request under section 2.

We also remove content that is defamatory, violates privacy or publicity rights, or is otherwise unlawful, on valid notice. Reports of any content suggesting a person under 18 are prioritised and actioned immediately.

the Adudle team aims to acknowledge valid requests within a few business days and to act on verified requests promptly. We may ask for additional information to verify identity or rights. We keep a record of requests and actions taken.
