Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 July 2026
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the Adudle team (“we”, “us”) governing your use of Adudle (the “Service”). By entering the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.18+ only
The Service is intended solely for adults. By using it you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that accessing adult-oriented material is lawful where you are. We may refuse or terminate access to anyone we reasonably believe to be a minor.
2.What the Service is
Adudle is a daily puzzle game. Each day presents a 3×3 grid whose rows and columns are categories; you match adult performers to the cells using factual, publicly reported career metadata (names, aliases, studios, tags, dates and similar attributes).
- The Service uses metadata only. It does not host, stream, link to within the game, or display sexually explicit images or video.
- Facts are compiled from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. The Service is provided for entertainment and is not a reference work.
- There are no user accounts. Your progress, statistics and settings are stored on your own device.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 to do so;
- Scrape, harvest, mirror, or bulk-download the puzzles or underlying data, or use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal play;
- Probe, attack, overload, or attempt to bypass the security or access controls of the Service;
- Use the Service unlawfully, or in a way that harasses, defames, or violates the rights of any performer or third party;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission.
4.Intellectual property
The Service’s design, code, branding, puzzle format and original text are owned by the Adudle team or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial enjoyment. Factual data about real people is not claimed as our property; performer names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.
5.Performers and content removal
We respect the rights of the individuals referenced in the Service. If you are a performer (or an authorised representative) and wish to correct or remove information about yourself, or if you believe content infringes your rights, see our Content Removal & Rights policy. We act on valid requests promptly.
6.Advertising and third-party links
The Service may display advertising and may contain links to third-party sites, including adult websites. Those sites and adverts are operated by others; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, accuracy, or privacy and age-verification practices. Following an external link is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms. Adult destinations are, like this Service, intended for adults only.
7.Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and the accuracy or completeness of any data. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that puzzles or performer facts are correct.
8.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Adudle team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9.Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes take effect when we post the revised Terms with a new “last updated” date; continuing to use the Service means you accept them. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
10.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country where you live. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of France, subject to those consumer protections.
